JAPAN: The wishes / JAPÓN: Los Deseos

On 08/08/08 or August 8, 2008 I made a wish and started a project related to what I asked for ... The following year everything started to come true: the desire to meet myself and make a film with the story of my grandparents .. because that has been "Nikkei" ...

Two years after that day I went to the Migration Museum of the Japanese Agency for International Cooperation, there were two very important people for many Nikkei although they do not know, Junjiro Matsuda and Shinichi Hiroguchi. Both have worked in Jica with migrant support programs throughout America, they know about our Sadness and joys as travelers ... Yesterday the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan (Mofa) took us to Yokohama, to the Museum, and I escaped from the group looking madly for these gentlemen , and there they were thanks to my star fulfills wishes, they only go one day a week as volunteers as guides for the Nikkei and non-Nikkei visitors... I approached them, reminded them of the interviews and handed them a copy of this movie that has given me so much, they could hardly believe it, they were very excited ... Now they have back a little of the happiness they gave me without knowing it.

El 08/08/08 o el 08 de Agosto de 2008 pedí un deseo y comencé un proyecto relacionado con lo que pedí... Al año siguiente todo empezó a convertirse en realidad: el deseo de encontrarme conmigo misma y hacer una película con la historia de mis abuelos.. porque eso ha sido "Nikkei"... Dos años después de ese día fui al Museo de la Migración de la Agencia Japonesa de Cooperación Internacional, allí estaban dos personas muy importantes para muchos Nikkei aunque no lo sepan, Junjiro Matsuda y Shinichi Hiroguchi. Ambos han trabajado en Jica con los programas de apoyo a los migrantes a toda América, saben de nuestras Tristezas y alegrías como viajeros... Ayer el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores del Japón (MOFA) nos llevó a Yokohama, Al Museo, y me escape del grupo buscando locamente a estos señores, y ahí estaban gracias a mi estrella cumple deseos, ellos solo van un día a la semana como voluntarios haciendo de guías para los nikkei y no-nikkei visitantes.. Me les acerqué, les recordé de las entrevistas y les entregué copia de esta película que me ha dado tanto, ellos casi no lo podía creer, se emocionaron muchísimo... Ahora tienen de vuelta un poco de la felicidad que me dieron sin saberlo.
